If someone is arrested there is no reason why the arrested people showed not be able to state there claim to be put in the court papers no matter the charge.

I was arrested for child endangerment. My child was out of control running away, stealing, talking out her month. Soon as I got angry she videotaped me. Her videotape save me from going to jail and provening my innocence but I was in jail for 3 Day no records All Pardon. You can’t say no one is guilty but you charge them(BLACKS) as they are. I’m ready to come and go up against so many cases. I went to my state rep with all my laws I looked up. They got me my on Judge/Lawyer and no more public defenders for me. I was without me child for 2 years for something that is not even on my record today
