To instruct The Minister of Transport to enact temporary legislation to address the overwhelming issue in respect of, Driving Test waiting lists, This is having a detrimental impact on the progression and quality of life for those waiting.

To instruct the Minster of Transport to enact temporary legislation, to reduce waiting times for driving tests. Specifically to allow other suitablely qualified persons (namely, RSA approved Driving Instructors) to assess, attest competent persons on provisional licence to full driving licence. With the role of the RSA to monitor and randomly assess such an enactment within a two year period of successful attestation.
