STOP poisoning stray cats and dogs in Kuwait!

Poisoning is inhumane! We are working on TNRing all the strays in Kuwait! While the authorities plan is to poison all strays including the ones that are TNRrd!!!  TNR is the best most successful and humane way to control their huge numbers.
