Ban ocean dumping in Curacao

According to recent studies, by 2020 Curacao's waters will be unsuitable for swimming and will no longer sustain ocean life. All along Curacao's coast, houses dot the coastline, which frequently release unfiltered sewage water into the ocean. One of the most polluted beaches include The Spanish Water Bay, and Playa Lagun. Both of which are tourist areas where people live and swim. Human fecal matter frequently wash up on the shores of these, and numerous other beaches around the island, creating a health hazard not only for humans, but also the flora, and fauna. It is unacceptable that in today's age we are polluting our waters and biting from the very hand that feeds us.
