Gorge Floyd's Law

The George Floyd Law that I'm petitioning for will make it mandatory for police officers to go to jail for life without the possibility of parole if they blatantly and without cause murder an American Black Man or any American Citizen while in handcuffs and presenting no danger to the officer's life.

On May 25, 2020 George Floyd an American Black Man was murdered by a White Officer while he was in handcuffs and posed no threat to the Officer. The Officer, Derek Chauvin, had George Floyd on his stomach on the ground in handcuffs and had his knee on Floyd's neck. While other Officers stood by. George repeatedly said he could not breath as Chauvin kept his knee on George's neck for the next 8 minutes and 46 seconds which resulted in his death.
