Save Simon the Pitbull from being euthanized!!

On Sunday, March 18th we were fostering to adopt a 10 month old red nose pit bull named Simon. Two days ago I heard Simon barking at Reese (my 12 year old pit/boxer mix). When I walked out to the living room I saw Reese was trying to take Simons bone (he doesn't even like bones). So I kicked it over to Simon and Reese snapped and attacked him. As the dogs were fighting I got mixed up in the battle trying to separate them. I put my hand in Simons mouth trying to get him to loosen his grip on Reese when he got ahold of me, probably thinking he was still attached to my dog. Simon is now being quarantined at Streetsboro Vet for 10 days. I received a phone call for the woman I was fostering thru when she told me the board decided it was best to put him down because he bit me. However, it wasn't Simons fault it was mine. He is a very loving and affectionate pit bull and he was happy to be with us. We were looking forward to adopting him today (Saturday). I'm starting this petition in hopes to save Simons life and let him come back to us or find a home where he will be loved and not labeled as a vicious dog.
