Save the Mount Juliet Animal Shelter Cats!

The city of Mount Juliet has instructed the animal shelter to stop accepting cats and kittens unless they are "exigent or emergency circumstances exist." Healthy felines will be turned away.
The shelter currently has an adoption rate of 97%, with great success at placing cats.
