Removal of Lackmann Culinary Services

Lackmann Culinary Services provides low quality food and poor service for exhorbitant prices.  Not only is the food of poor quality and the employees generally rude and unhelpful, there are often egrigious health code violations in almost all dining facilities.  Lackmann does not provide adequate dining services during key times such as weekends, vacations, and holiday periods.  Finally, Lackmann is attempting to raise the cost of attendence for students at Hofstra by making dining plans mandatory for all resident students.
