Prosecution of infant abuse/murder

State wide many babies die of brain damage from being shaken violently no mater if "accidental " or not it should be investigated as a murder instead of hear say and discarded by the DAs office . This should be treated as if a full grown adult had been murdered and should have no differences in treatment of prosecution in court to bring truthful justice for the life that was taken.
