This cop had no right to shoot this innocent Rottweiler for going to his owners side. There is a video on youtube and facebook showing that the dog was showing no aggression. Some people may have other views and the police officer had no right to shoot him/her a few times.The officer could have used a stun gun or shot him in the leg (which I do not believe in) there are other ways the officer could have handled the situation. There is a man who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for killing a dog this cop is no differant this cop should be locked up. This is a white cop who arrested a black man for listening to his music load/filming a crime scene all stories are differant but yet another man who filmed the entire shooting and posted it on facebook & you-tube never got arrested and this black man did. It makes you think??This poor dog lost his life. Racisim white cop shoots black mans dog. This cop deserves to be locked up !! God recieved another angel with paws today. This Cop has no right to be free and not arrested. This is an outrage!!!!!!!!!!! If the black man shot the dog he would have been locked up!!!! I could not post the video or watch it due to the love that I have for dogs. Further more if any animal puts thier rear up doesn't mean they are going to attack (mine do that when they want to play). The owner would have taken care of his dog to calm him down but the cops didn't even try to enforce that. The dog reacted to how other people were reacting which is a fact they are creatures of habit. Loyal, trust worthy not like police officers that Hawthorne, CA. It definatelly could have been handle in a better way. Not to kill this poor animal in cold blood !!!!!! Please sign petition this cop should not get away with this. It's not fair to the man who saw his dog get shot a few times in front of him and watched him cry in pain until he died.Heartbreaking.It doesn't matter what the man did to get locked up. It is the principal on how the officer handled the situation which is devasting & Heart breaking.
