TLC for A banded parks

I have a park that is located beside my house in the neighborhood that I live in the kids want to go to this park but there is next to nothing in this park for them to play with I have noticed a lot of adults meeting up down here at I and my father-in-law have to go and clean this park up with cigarette packs trash Vapes and other smokin apparatuses I am asking if we can upgrade this park and add some things to this playground it only has a basketball court that is cracking and a swing set of four and a slide that is it they just recently brought a new trashcan so I am asking for help for this neighborhood part to be upgraded Because not only is this part of for this neighborhood but we also have another housing development behind this park and they cut through the creek because this is the most local park for the children
