Justice for dog shot and killed by lapd

I watched in horror a video of a genleman being arrested for taping lapd officers during an arrest.  The gentleman placed his dog in the his car but the dog jumped out of the car window.The dog didnot approch the officers but sniffed the ground and turned and walked towards the lapd  officers and was immediatly shot.  What is wrong with these bullies with guns?  The gentleman did nothing  wrong and the dog did nothing wrong.  These cowards and bullies with guns are totally out of control.
