Ask Walmart to Green Clothing Care Labels

It is widely recognized that "as Walmart goes, so goes the world." We the undersigned ask you to call upon all of your clothing vendors to change their clothing care labels to suggest cold water washing and line drying. Millions of pounds of clothes are improperly discarded each year. We think Walmart could change the way that Americans do laundry by asking its clothing vendors to suggest better clothing care and disposal practices.
