Marty Martinez has for years killed the Wolves/Wolf-Hybrids as soon as they come into the pound. His officer are aware of this: He threaten me years ago if one of mine got loose, I would not get them back.
He forced me on to put Rabies shots in my Wolf-hybrids: This done after calling the State Vet/ and Wildlife Vet of NM. We made arrangements for June 2, 2012. Even though there is no know vaccine to the Wolves/Wolf-hybrids. The vet gave me paperwork, but no certificate or tags. I took it to Marty and he threw it back at me, and you are not going to get anything: No permit or City License. Now on April 27, 2016 he sent 2 Officers out and gave me citations for not having a City license and having more that I was allowed. I was 4 over due to rescuing 4-65% cubs, so they did not go to the pound and be killed immediately. ( I was finding homes for them.) I was also cited for over due rabies shots . I lost 3 of my Wolf-hybrid babies after the last set, within 2-2 1/2 years.
I have put calls to his boss Lt. Roger Dial and he does not call me back.
Marty is so blatant that is drivers the city truck for person use, shopping and going to the American Legion.
Judge Jan Garrett is the Judge over this call for trial on July 12, 2016.
Please sign and stop these killings, some them could be on the endanger list. Not one phone call to rescue or Sanctuary do he make. He just kills them: He has said: he does not like Wildlife!
