LPN ADVANCEMENT TO RN

This petition is so that LPN's in Alabama with a minimum of 4 years experience be grandfathered in as RN. There is a tremendous shortage of nurses and an urgent need exist for more Registered Nurses. Our nurses are leaving the state, Leaving our hospitals and other nursing facilities short staffed as they seek hire wages. This action will help to ensue adequate staffing needs here in the state of Alabama.
