Do not shoot the stray dogs on the beach in Mauritius!!!

There´s a plan to shoot stray dogs on a beach in Mauritius, but we all know this won´t work because the more dogs will be killed, the bigger the litters the remaining dogs "produce" will be, and it´s cruel, anyway, so please start TNR programs on Mauritius and don´t kill the dogs!!! (TNR = trap, neuter, release) This is the only way to interrupt this circle I just mentioned humanely.
