STOP the SD Police & Sheriffs from abusing youth and unarmed citizens with the use of the "carotid restraint", a choke hold cutting off vital blood to the brain. It is disproportionately used in communities of color resulting in neck fractures, strokes, permanent brain injury & cardiac arrest leading to DEATH. We demand a complete choke hold ban in San Diego County!

SUPPORT: The Racial Justice Coalition's campaign to pressure the Community Review Board on Police Practices, CLURB and City Councils to end this barbaric, discriminatory practice! It can and must end.
