Fire and bring charges against NYPD officer who fatally shot a playful pitbull (Spike) in the Bronx while responding to a call.

Police officers are inadequately trained and are using lethal force when less than lethal force was the best option. This dog was killed because of a bad decision and trigger happy officer. The situation could of been handled in a way in which nobody got hurt. NYPD and the officer need to be held accountable.
