We the undersigned resolutely oppose taxpayer funded BP Oil, aka Sinclair Oil, Joint Venture: Port Paulsboro Gloucester County, New Jersey access road and bridge scheme to irrevocably block the Greater Mantua Creek at Gallenthin Meadowlands;
Whereas, Gloucester County NJ $16,000,000 ($16 Million) engineer access scheme to stimulate economic development for BP Oil Joint Venture: Port Paulsboro irrevocably blocks the federal waterway and waterfront to commercial navigation and the water industry, WHEN A COMPLETELY NON-INVASIVE ALTERNATIVE SITING EXISTS AT NO ADDITIONAL ECONOMIC AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL COST;
Whereas, Gallenthin Meadowlands 63 acres of abundant flora and fauna, farm, and dredge TRANSFER POINT, where dredge material is economically removed from the environment to reclaim ABANDONED COAL mines out of state, and where AMERICAN bald eagle forage and AMERICAN turkey breed in droves, will be irrevocably destroyed by improper siting of access road and bridge;
Whereas, Gallenthin property rights since 4 May 1951, also include rail, waterway, roadway, serene meadows, emergent wetlands, forest canopy, beach, etc., will be irrevocably destroyed by Gloucester County engineer access road and bridge scheme even though Gallenthin Realty Dev., Inc. v. Borough of Paulsboro, 191 N.J. 344 (2007) prevailed 7-0 in landmark NJ Supreme Court eminent domain case;
Whereas, job creation and economic development are resolutely not opposed for Paulsboro, Gloucester County, New Jersey;
WHEREFORE, we the undersigned resolutely require the UNITED STATES COAST GUARD conditional approval of BP Port Paulsboro bridge over the federal waterway Greater Mantua Creek at Gallenthin Meadowlands to also include:
1) Siting, Design, and Construction shall be at a height commercial navigation IS NOT BLOCKED and shall maintain Greater Mantua Creek IS BARRIER FREE for the Water Industry WITH THE ALTERNATIVE LOCATION REMOVING ALL NOISE POLLUTION FOR HABITAT.
