Demand that all pet cats that are allowed to roam outside wear a bell collar to stop the destruction of wildlife such as chipmunks and songbirds.

I have closely observed domestic pet cats that are allowed to roam freely and have seen first hand the destruction of a chipmunk colony and the loss of so many birds such as blue Jays and cardinals, the state bird in many Eastern states.
