The "Sandys Voice" petition was created for the memory of Sandy Jeffers, who was stalked, kidnapped, raped, and murdered in Tennessee in 2003. Sandy was a very meek young 25 year old college student. She did not not know she had been stalked and did not know her killer. She was a just an innocent victim chosen by a monster that decided he would take his anger out on her. Her killer received life without parole by decision of our judicial system to never live in society again. He apparently has access to public enternet and has himself a "meet prisoners" website set up to allow him to meet girls. He has a very nice profile which includes such innocent looking pictures. I am sure he has some nice young ladies writing to him that has no clue of his history.
This is why this petition was created.
To prevent convicted violent felony offenders that are incarcerated from having social media websites. The website that was found where he wants to meet girls was actually designed for the prisoners by the prison system. Lets just take a look at this situation. You take a monster out of society for the rest of his life because he will never be rehabilitated due to the heinous acts he is capable of doing. But then we give him a tool that lets him have the ability to enter back in society to look for more innocent girls to stalk. He was given mercy of no death penalty. That was a lot more then he gave his victim. This is so disrespectful to the victims. Its like a smack in the face to their loved ones who must now see this. Lets put a stop to this practice and stand up for victims rights. Sign Sandys voice. Lets be the voice for those who do not have one of their own. Thank you, Peace, Love and Light.
