Girl THROWING LIVE PUPPIES Into the river to DROWN

The girl is laughing as she joyously throws defenseless puppies like frisbees into the turbulent water of a river. Since she has on a jacket, the water is probably very cold. There is little doubt the puppies did not survive. Someone knows who this heartless pathetic excuse for a human being is. The videographer is as culpable. They need to be charged. The cruelty is despicable. Cowardly. Pathetic.

There is little doubt the puppies did not survive. Someone knows who this heartless pathetic excuse for a human being is. The videographer is as culpable. They need to be charged. The cruelty is despicable. Cowardly. Pathetic. A charge for each puppy thrown heartlessly into the water. thank you. Please help us identify this despicable excuse for a human.
