I discovered that Walter Easley lives in South Carolina, as he publicly announced on both Twitter and Ask.FM, before the date of his video.

He has made his Twitter private within’ the past hour, but I’m confident he can be found with just knowing what state he's in.

Please bring this scum to justice.

Part of me is glad he posted that original Vine, it makes finding creatures like him a lot easier. I'm even gladder he's dumb enough to publicly post what state he's in!
