Please help Chained Dogs in Asheville, NC!

Please help the chained dogs of Asheville, NC by asking Council to pass an ordinance forbidding chaining.  We ask that all signers be at least 18 years old, with a mailing address in Asheville.  We cannot count your signature unless you provide your first and last name and your Asheville mailing address.  We need at least 1,000 signatures  by March 31, 2009.  For more information please visit www.chainfreeasheville.org.  THANK YOU!
