1,000 Signatures from CALIFORNIANS needed before it can be passed to Gov. Brown. We, as Californians, need to step up and demand state funding for volunteers to have what is needed to start helping the overwhelming numbers of Ferals in our great state. I believe that all of our amazing non-profits are doing a great job,and they all have a place in heaven, but....its not working. These animals need our attention & help. The numbers are too big.I find it hard to believe that our many state rep.s/officials etc.. are not aware how extreme some areas are, or if it even crosses a desk.With funding directed to selected groups to begin a TRAP/FIX/RETURN program with attention on areas needing most help.Putting this on non-profits solely is unfair,($$isnteasy4allareastoget)and very inhumane,(4thecats).I also believe that with temporary funding we can get this under control,and non-profits wont have to struggle as much and will be better able to stay open ..keeping control. This is personal for me, as the last 4 years helping all the cats on my street has taken over my life..because I care.Right now 10 cats in my home,& 17 outside that I feed and care for with my $$,and I will continue doing.Where I live in co.co.county there is no help so many non-profits have closed this year.I believe that if you are reading this you care...So please ,please take 3 minutes and sign. Tell all your people and ask them to sign.We all need to know our part . We need to be part of this solution.I am not a volunteer or run a non-profit....but I will do all I can. Thankyou
