Urge Susan Rice to Oppose the Keystone XL Pipeline

Susan Rice is Obama's first choice for Secretary of State, and the Secretary of State is the person who will conduct the environmental review for the Keystone XL pipeline.  The Keystone XL pipeline is an extensive project spanning two countries, Canada and the United States, that transports the dirtiest type of oil in the world, tar sands.
