Belfast city council making animal sounds when people call

There is nothing funny about killing a dog, but Belfast City Council (BCC) seems to think it is something to joke about. People from all over the world waited for any news out of Belfast about Lennox the dog seized two years ago that was to be put to death by BCC at 7:00am BST.

Natasha Madison called BCC early this morning to ask for confirmation from BCC if they had killed Lennox, and was shock at the cold and callous nature of the woman on the other end.
