Name and prosecute the 10yr old monsters that raped a dog with a stick in Tuzla, Bosnia

A group od 10 year old monsters raped a 5 month old puppy with a stick. The poor puppy died of internal injuries. We have got to get together and ask for the police to arrest them, give their names publicly and trial them as adults.
