Demand ending euthanizing all animals

I know it inhumane to euthanizing unless the animals are severely sick make animal shelters into sanctuaries instead It would be a very loving situation for all animals to enjoy and the starving of horses is also inhumane there is a solution for animals to be cared for it should be illegal across the United States we are better than this with no animal testing.They are all Gods animals
