Demand to keep our ocean front property, Commercial

Preserving the commercial zone along Ocean Boulevard and Seaview Avenue is a recommended strategy to generate town revenue and promote economic growth. In light of the country's limited number of black beaches, rezoning to residential is not recommended. African-Americans are deserving of oceanfront property, and this approach may mitigate the risk of catastrophe (losing the charter).
