Maximum Fine to the Monster who Beheaded his own Dog

On 3 December 2024 a man was caught on video at 3 in the morning, in the act of beheading his own dog, on the pavement in a neighborhood in Athens. The man was arrested and his dog taken to hospital. Unfortunately, the animal died the next day after it was operated and stitched. The dog was 14 years old and had cancer.
In the same area of Athens at least 7 beheaded cats were found earlier this year, acts that could very well have been committed by him.
