Make sure Labrador Hill Sanctuary can no longer have any animals

This sanctuary and it's owner Sarah Rabinowtz have over 50 charges of neglect. Her social media page was flooded with donations that obviously did not go to the animals. They are severely dehydrated..and starving. She needs to never be in charge of another animal or fundraiser.
