Put an end to BPU's overpriced services

I am currently a resident of Kansas City Ks Wyandotte County & all residents of the city are required to use Ks BPU for electricity , water and sewer . We as customers are often times faced with astronomical bills every month causing us to fall behind . Deposits are extremely expensive . Payment options are slim . You are disconnected very quickly with no remorse . This is a prodimently urban community where low to middle class families reside. We are left with few options . Please help us find a solution!
