Demand proper living conditions

Fountain view apartments, located at 910 S Volusia Ave. Orange city Florida, have yet to fix the mold, lighting and AC units across their property. They continue to have children under the age of 18 and senior citizens reside in said property who are now dealing with health issues due to the unkept living conditions. We are requesting they fix these issues before the beginning of 2021.
