Newspaper report of murder of dog called Baby 30/3/16

Because this kind of sadistic torture and killing of an innocent pet by a couple of laughing and excited young men needs to be punished in such a way that they think twice before doing the same thing again, maybe to another animal, or even eventually a human. A few days suspended prison punishment will be no deterrent to such young men. There needs to be more effective deterrent consequences. Personally, I'd bring back the stocks in a public place and let the general public take their revenge on such vile and sadistic young men.
