Undocumented folks should have access to driver's licenses. Let’s get them the resources they need!

Not having a driver's license could put an undocumented person on a path to detention or deportation after an interaction with law enforcement. No one should have to live with this fear.

Currently, sixteen states and the District of Columbia allow undocumented people to obtain driver's licenses. United We Dream is fighting to open up access to undocumented folks in every state.
