Fight Disease -- Replenish the Global Fund
Tuberculosis, malaria and HIV/AIDS are some of the most devastating diseases on earth. That's why the world mobilized -- national governments, international NGOs and private businesses -- to help communities fight these diseases and the crippling poverty that often accompany them.
The massive collaboration -- the Global Fund -- is the world's largest health financier. Through the programs it funds, 4,000 lives are saved every single day. It comprises two-thirds of all international funding commitments for these diseases.
Thanks to the Global Fund, nearly 3 million AIDS patients are receiving antiretroviral treatment, 7 million cases of TB have been detected and treated and 122 million anti-malarial bed nets have been distributed.
But to keep making these remarkable achievements, the Global Fund needs to be robustly replenished by its backers -- including the United States. Tell Congress to generously replenish the Global Fund.
Dear [Decision Maker],
Tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS and malaria are some of the world's most devastating diseases. But thanks to the Global Fund, significant strides have been made in reducing their impact. Please robustly replenish the Global Fund so it can continue to make progress.

Programs supported by the Global Fund save 4,000 lives every single day. In fact, this public-private collaboration funds nearly two-thirds of all work on HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.
The United States is already a partner in the fight. Let's make sure we live up to our obligations and values and robustly replenish the Global Fund and pay for the life-saving programs it supports.
