END THE CRUELTY AGAINST ANIMALS IN EVERY STATE IN THE U.S.A. , this is a horrific crime and needs to be treated as such . Laws just are not tough enough yet to put an end to this . Only we can be their voice , their cry for help . Mandatory jail time and mandatory education needed for abusers . Michael Vicks is a prime example of a simple slap on the hands , and to be a public figure for our children... Yes, he went to jail but the punishment did not serve justice for the suffering , torturing , and killing of those dogs . Its time for AMERICA TO END THIS VIOLENCE.. PLEASE STAND UP FOR THEM ,BE THEIR VOICE AND HEAR THEIR CRIES ! PLEASE TAKE ACTION.
