A 13 YR OLD BY THE NAME HADASA RAMIREZ WITH HER 42 YR OLD MOM MARIA T. ROBERTS IN THE PASSENGER SEAT DID A HIT & RUN ON MY FIANCE AND PULLED INTO THE CASINO PARKING LOT TO SWITCH SEATS AND WERE CAUGHT.
March 27th, 2022. Three blocks away from home, and 3 days before his 27th birthday they killed him. 2 weeks after having our premature son Kai'Nalu, I received a call that theres was an accident with Tanner involved on Portland Ave.
My heart dropped, quickly I asked a family member to watch my baby boys ( we have 2 sons, Kai'Kea & Kai' Nalu was a premature baby, 2 weeks old at the time) & I run out the house. I lived on Portland Ave and I take off running as quick as I can down to the end of the block to look for cop lights or an accident. As I hit the end of the block, I turn my head and find the cop lights in front of the CBC, and I take off running down there to the accident. The cops let me run to Tanner. I just remember screaming " where is Tanner, is he okay?" The first cop that seen me was gonna try to stop me but I screamed " thats my fucking person, hes my baby" and he let me run past him into the scene. The second cop, I scream at "is he okay?!" and the cop looks at me, and turns his head upward to the right to look away, when he looks away I run to the left, and juke him... Right behind him was Tanner on the ground.. I dropped and four cops catch me and carry me off a few ft away from him, and lay me down on the road as I scream and cry like it was the end of the world. I just wanted to hold and hug him one last time. I had to find the man I laid my head by the last 9 yrs like that. If our premature son didn't come early, he wouldn't have gotten to meet his dad. I remember screaming over and over " what do I tell my son?" "What happened?" I gathered myself because they said they needed to gather evidence. I kept asking "where did the people go, what happened? " im guessing they arrested them, no idea they released them. They told me when I arrived someone did a hit and run and they caught them at the end of the block. So they got them, or thats what I thought. They wouldnt tell me anything about what happened or who did it. I sit and cry while they "gather evidence" and while people we dont know drive by slowly recording. A lady tried to pull her phone out right in front of me to record Tanner, and I flipped out and she walked over by the cops and they said they couldnt do anything. I screamed for hrs " why is he still laying out on the fucking ground?" They left him out there for hrs to gather evidence so they can charge them with more serious charges is what they told us and our family. They take about like 5 hrs to gather evidence, they wont move his body out of the street, I couldn't even take it. I've been with Tanner for 9 yrs since I was 14 and have always had him by my side, we have babies together and just brought our premature newborn into the world. At the end of the night, when they had finally we're done doing "evidence", I seen a tow truck pull out from the end of the block with the car that hit him on it totaled. I start asking " where the fuck was this tow truck all night, and where the fuck are the people who did this to Tanner if their car is right there and the cops have had it all night?" They didnt let us know they released the people who did it and had their car parked on a tow truck somewhere down the block. They didnt let us know a 13 yr old girl and her mom did a hit and run and switched seats and then got caught. They have footage from the Emerald Queen Casino parking lot of them switching seats. The cops had to finish speaking with the rest of the family because I couldn't handle everything, they told them they were gonna bring up more serious charges and get them prosecuted. They brought out a firetruck and sprayed where he laid and told us to go home and the detective would be in contact with us. There's so much that happened that night and I was scared to bring it to the public because I feared it would have affect on the case so I let detectives have a go at it in hopes that they would bring justice and pursue charges towards the 13 yr old girls mom. I want to forgive the actions of this little girl because she is a child, and I'd like to put all the blame on her mom who was in the passenger seat the night the 13 yr old killed my everything Terrence Dillon. For 6 months, they've been walking free as my son wonders and wishes for their daddy. At this point, I need help from the public. I spoke to detectives and they let me know that a charge of unlawful driving of a minor was the charge. So they killed Tanner, did a hit and run, switched seats, and got caught and were still let go with a charge of a misdemeanor. A slap on the wrist. The detective said because they "pulled over" on 29th & Portland Ave ( the end of the block ) (family member told me cops said that they only got caught because they turned around to check if he was okay) The detective said Tanner was speeding, and they made a left turn and he unfortunately clipped the back end of their car when they pulled out in front of him. That is not true and Tanner was not at fault, how could he be? A 13 yr old cut him off while he was riding his motorcycle. I have the key witness who says otherwise, and wants to testify against these people and the cops if need be. The key witness told me he wasn't speeding, and they made a left turn and cut Tanners motorcycle off. That they were very reckless and it was not Tanners fault at all. From what I gathered is, they let them go home because it was a child who did this. They told me to talk to the prosecuter. There is footage and we do have witnesses who'd like to testify about what these people did to our family. The detective told me he asked the mom why the girl was driving and she wouldn't answer and just wanted her attorney, he didn't even know Tanner had kids. I told him I know why she was driving, there was an event that night, and she was drinking or on drugs, and probably lets her child drive her around when she drinks. Shows how much they looked into everybody and everything. He even said " the van that hit him" there wasn't a van involved so I honestly feel like they're not trying hard enough. I've been trying to stay strong for my sons but it's a lot. Our family needs justice, they took an amazing person from us. We miss him. Somebody needs to be held accountable. I've been seeing that the cops have been releasing murders lately, but never firsthand witnessed it. Tanner needs justice, my boys need justice, and I won't stop till I get it. I'm ready to share our stories. I'll be back with more, and I promise I wont stop till somebodys charged with what it should be. The key witness who held Tanner said the story they gotand are spreading is bullshit and they need to listen to his story because he was the only one there when it happened. Attorneys have been called, and we hope we get the justice he deserves but his story deserves to be heard, and I won't stop. For our babies, and for him I won't stop.
Photos from the night of the crash as I screamed my head off, these officers cracked jokes and held conversations with each other but ignoring our questions of who killed Tanner and why they released them. I seen them laughing then someone sent me these.
Maybe I'm tripping but are they all laughing? I want justice. & since the people who did this get to walk around freely, if you see this just know imma get my babies justice and more, I've got angels on my side and yall will never silence me. You will reap what you sow and feel the pain of what my sons lost. You took our everything, and our future.

Wreckless Endangerment, Child Endangerment, Wrongful death & Gross Negligence. & I think it's conflict of interest because why was the mom listed as a witness on the traffic collision report? We want justice, and my family deserves it. I'm ready so let's go. IF YOU WERE A WITNESS TO ANY OF THIS MSG ME PLEASE! I NEED ALL WITNESSES AND ALL FOOTAGE AND ANYTHING THAT COULD HELP.
