Fix the Ali G Bike Pump!

The public pump outside Ali G has been broken for goodness knows how long. It doesn't work but also deflates the tyres of whoever tries to use it, leaving them in a right pickle because if they had a pump to then re-pump their tyre they wouldn't have come there in the first place! Let's end the misery and get it fixed!
