The last time the Beatles performed live as a group was in January of 1969... 43 years ago... on the roof of the Apple building in London. Since their breakup, they were petitioned many times to do a reunion concert tour... but it has not yet happened.
John and George are no longer with us. Paul and Ringo are both in their 70's, and are, thank God, healthy. But the window of opportunity for Paul and Ringo to tour together as the Beatles is coming to a close. A few more years, and it just may be too late for a final Beatles reunion to ever occur.
This petition is created for the millions of fans who desperately want a final Beatles concert tour. We envision Paul and Ringo joining up with Julian Lennon and Dhani Harrison in the summer of 2013, to do one last go-around as the Beatles, and bless this current generation with the life-changing experience of seeing the Beatles live.
We seek millions of signatures, and we will send the petition to Paul and Ringo's management companies. Let's make this happen, Beatles fans! It really is now or never.
