Save the St. Vincent's Hospital bus stop (Bus Eireann Route 2)

Bus Eireann have announced that from September 30th the Number 2 service will no longer drop or pick people up from St. Vincent's Hospital.

They state that "Due to the lack of bus priority on Nutly Lane and in order to deliver reliable and shorter journey times for our customers on Route 2 travelling to and from Dublin city centre and Dublin Airport, which is the vast majority of the customers using the route, most Route 2 services will not operate via Ballsbridge or Nutly Lane.

Route 2 will serve St Vincent’s Hospital once a day in each direction"
