Justice for Sashi, the Innocent Dog Brutally Beaten on Camera

The heartbreaking story of Sashi, a Pitbull in Keswick, is distressing. A local man was caught on video brutally beating Sashi with a rod. While this person is being charged with animal abuse, this level of violence against a defenseless animal should disqualify the abuser from ever owning or being near animals again.

Thankfully, local animal control have confirmed that Sashi is alive and will be checked before court proceedings, but this is not enough. We must advocate for Sashi and other animals like him by demanding that his abuser, and others guilty of such acts, receive a lifetime ban on owning animals.
