Treyarch must reinstate hot pursuit in blackout

Today we saw the long awaited update for the new Alcatraz blackout map, however in order to implement this they wrongly felt the need to take the hot pursuit mode out of blackout.

It is worth noting that the hot pursuit event is still due to run for a few weeks before the next "season" begins.
