No more income taxes on overtime!

As an American worker, a full time job is already more hours a week than most countries. WE WORK HARD! When we go above and beyond, to better ourselves, we pay more and more taxes and don't benefit from it like we should. Overtime should not be taxed AT ALL!!! Paying taxes is critical for our country but overtime is extra time and that should stay with us.
