Shut Down "The Pet Shop" in the Palmer Mall

The conditions the puppies are living in "The Pet Shop" are horrendous to say the least. The animals look sickly, they are malnourished, barely move or play and when they are bought only about 30% of them are given a clean bill of health from an actual veterinarian and%or live past a month. Plus many other issues I'm sure others have witnessed first hand.
