Facebook needs a Animal Cruelty/Abuse report function.

On facebook  daily appear horrible pictures of people who mistreat animals or murder for fun. Recently, there appeared a picture of a woman with her chihuahua in a plastic bag  smiling at the camera. The picture was posted on her wall. This is just one example, but if I would i could write down more.

Facebook offers many opportunities for the reporting of miscellaneous things, spam, violence, drugs, sexually explicit content, but unfortunately no function for reporting animal cruelty/abuse

I know there are many petitions have been made ​​to point out that this feature should be there, but unfortunately without success.
