Freedom for C Dog..

Collie/Shepard dog has been confined to a chain for almost all of its life. The animal is starving for attention. The spayed female is matted and her coat is covered in mud. Her tail is a clump of dirt. Although she lives in the country, she is a prisoner. Her freedom is restricted to the confines of a heavy chain. When people have visited, she throws herself on the ground begging for love. Her dirty bowls are empty. This sweet animal should have a constant supply of water but instead is being treated worse than a criminal. The owner insists she is fed and watered daily. Jo Niemuth has offered to buy this dog but the owner has refused. At the very least, Jo would like to have this beautiful girl groomed and taken for daily walks..given love. But the owner refuses to give her up. Please encourage him to surrender his dog to Jo Niemuth.
