The outcome of Captain Paul's court date

HERE IS WHAT WAS SAID IN THEIR NEWSLETTER 11/15:

At issue was whether Sea Shepherd USA divested itself from the Southern Ocean Campaign after the December 17th injunction was handed down by a panel of the Ninth Circuit Court, overturning a lower court ruling in Sea Shepherd’s favor.

A variety of witnesses testified during the proceedings, including Captain Siddharth Chakravarty, Director of Sea Shepherd Australia Jeff Hansen, and Co-Director of the Southern Ocean Campaign former Greens Leader Dr. Bob Brown, who all made the long trip from Australia to testify in Sea Shepherd USA’s and Captain Paul Watson’s defense. Even Captain Watson himself, who had been in exile at sea for 15 months to avoid being extradited on politically motivated charges to Japan, appeared in court to defend himself and the organization he founded.
