Petition to Keep Lufker & Spadaro Airports Open!

Update 9/18:

Recently a few people have made a push to shut down the airports located in East Moriches, New York by seeking out old court rulings somehow missed for 20 years. Airports that have served the community for over sixty years, and still continue to bring business to the area and provide a place for local taxpayers and residence to enjoy flying just like they did so long ago.

We the petitioners are arguing that these historic Airports, that have served the Community for so long shouldn't be shut down because of a technicality. The community and the town have to come together to find a solution that ends equitably for the owners, that no longer have the will to run them, and the residents who want these historic sights to stay alive.
